We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from House On Hansen. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

EXCHANGES

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
